MWK Company Limited (CR No. 80989725), registered office at Unit 903B, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (“MWK”, “we”), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our Services. We comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, for customers located in the European Union or Switzerland, with the GDPR and equivalent legislation where applicable.

1. Data we collect

• Identification and contact data: name, email address, and any information you send through our contact form.
• Order and billing data: items purchased, amounts, invoicing details. Card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.
• Account and usage data: login identifiers, course progress, community activity.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics on site usage.

2. Why we process it

• To deliver the Services you purchased (courses, coaching, community) and manage your account.
• To collect payment and maintain accounting records.
• To answer your requests and provide support.
• To send service communications, and, only with your consent, occasional commercial communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To comply with our legal obligations, including accounting, tax and anti-fraud requirements.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Recipients

Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Services: payment processing, hosting, email delivery, community and course platforms, and analytics. These providers process data on our instructions. Some providers may be located outside your country; where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

Account and course data are kept for as long as your account is active and up to two (2) years after your last activity. Billing records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (typically seven (7) years in Hong Kong). Contact requests are kept up to two (2) years.

5. Your rights

Depending on your place of residence, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong.
