These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the online training courses, coaching programs and community membership subscriptions (together, the “Services”) offered by MWK Company Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 80989725, BR No. 80989725-000-08-26-8), with its registered office at Unit 903B, 9/F., Cameron Commercial Centre, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (“MWK”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing or using any of the Services, you accept these Terms.
1.1 Training courses. Self-paced online video courses on e-commerce topics. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable right to access the course content for the duration indicated on the sales page.
1.2 Coaching programs. Individual or group coaching delivered remotely over a fixed period, as described on the sales page or in the engagement confirmation. Sessions must be scheduled and used within the engagement period; a session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be counted as delivered.
1.3 Community membership. A recurring subscription giving access to our private community, live sessions and member resources for as long as the subscription remains active and paid.
2.1 Prices are displayed at checkout in the currency indicated (typically EUR). Payment is collected by card or other online payment methods through our payment processor at the time of purchase, and, for subscriptions, on each renewal date.
2.2 Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval (typically monthly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to etienne@mwk-ltd.ch; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are made for the remainder of a billing period already started.
2.3 Instalment plans, where offered, are a payment facility for a single purchase: all instalments remain due even if you stop using the Service.
2.4 We may suspend access to any Service in case of unpaid amounts, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, that right is honoured as described in the Refund Policy; for digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses once access to the content has been delivered, where applicable law so provides.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information at purchase; (b) keep your access credentials confidential and not share, resell or redistribute course content, coaching materials or community access; (c) behave respectfully within the community, where we may remove content or members who disrupt it; (d) use the Services for lawful purposes only.
All course materials, videos, documents, templates and community content produced by MWK are protected by copyright and remain our property. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business education. Any reproduction, resale or public distribution is prohibited.
The Services are educational. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We make no representation or guarantee of income, revenue, profitability or any specific business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own execution, market conditions and resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MWK’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to MWK for the Service concerned in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase; for subscriptions, we will give notice of material changes before they take effect at the next renewal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules and forums that apply in your country of residence.
